The Resource Equity Program is a community outreach initiative designed to assist historically displaced communities in Seattle maintain their homes and build generational wealth.

Designed specifically to reduce the rate of African American and other historically underserved populations land loss by educating landowners on development opportunities before they are priced out of their communities.

About The Program

Our program’s primary mission is to develop an individualized plan for each participant that can turn their current property into a wealth building asset.

We will support each participant’s retirement goals and make sure that their asset is designed to be passed onto future generations.

Resources like free development education will be provided through coaching and mentoring for each participant. They will be introduced to community partners who can offer affordable architectural, construction, and building plans.
