Cornelius is the other co-founder of Prideland Partnership Fund and prides himself on his eye for detail, love of business operation, and determination to help keep moving forward. Cornelius was born in Virginia, raised in Jacksonville, Florida, but found his home in Seattle.

While attending Livingstone College, he saw the importance of financial education and how this field of study is one determinant that separates classes of workers. After earning a BS degree in Computer Science, Cornelius exercised his skills by starting his real estate property management and acquisitions career. He began in 2015, first with property management and later in real estate acquisition. Over the years, Cornelius amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in understanding the importance of real estate and bringing together efficient property management approaches to the earliest stages of acquisition feasibility
